We use a minimal, purposeful set of cookies. No advertising trackers. No cross-site profiling. Just what is needed to keep you logged in and the platform working correctly.

Convyro AI uses cookies and browser storage to operate the platform. On the marketing website we may use cookieless analytics (Plausible) and, only after you opt in, Google Analytics 4 with first-party cookies. We do not load third-party advertising retargeting pixels on our own pages. The tables below reflect what we use today.
Set by Supabase (our authentication provider) to keep you securely logged in. These cookies store your encrypted session token and allow us to identify you across page loads. Without them the platform cannot function.
| Cookie name | Purpose |
|---|---|
sb-[project-ref]-auth-token | Stores your encrypted login session token |
sb-[project-ref]-auth-token.0 / .1 | Chunked session token (used when token exceeds cookie size limit) |
Stores your last selected organisation so you are returned to the right workspace when you come back. This cookie only applies inside the authenticated app and is never sent to third parties.
| Cookie name | Purpose |
|---|---|
convyro-org-id | Remembers your active organisation between sessions |
On some marketing pages we use Plausible Analytics in cookieless mode to measure aggregate page views. Plausible does not use cookies by default on our integration. Data is aggregated and not used for cross-site advertising profiles.
| Cookie name | Purpose |
|---|---|
No cookies set (default) | Cookieless page-view analytics where configured |
If you click “Accept analytics” in our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use convyro.ai. GA4 sets cookies and processes online identifiers under Google’s terms. We only load GA4 after opt-in. How Google may use data if you enable optional data sharing in your Google Analytics account is described at https://business.safety.google/privacy/
| Cookie name | Purpose |
|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes visitors for measurement |
_ga_* (container ID) | Persists session state for measurement |
Stores whether you accepted or declined optional Google Analytics so we do not ask again on every visit. We mirror the choice in localStorage and a first-party cookie so your preference survives refresh even if one storage type is blocked.
| Cookie name | Purpose |
|---|---|
(localStorage key convyro_analytics_consent_v1) | Records granted / declined |
convyro_analytics_consent | First-party backup for the same choice (HTTP cookie) |
In addition to cookies, Convyro AI uses browser localStorage for your organisation preference and (separately) your analytics consent choice. Organisation data is used only in-app; the analytics choice is stored in localStorage and mirrored in the first-party cookie convyro_analytics_consent so your preference still works if one storage type is blocked.
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
convyro-org | Caches active organisation data to avoid extra server round-trips |
convyro_analytics_consent_v1 | Remembers whether you accepted or declined Google Analytics |
Authentication cookies are strictly necessary to use the platform. They cannot be disabled without breaking your login session. You can remove them at any time by signing out of your account.
You can delete or block non-essential cookies via your browser settings. To withdraw consent for Google Analytics, reset your choice — the page will reload and you can decline when the banner appears again. You can also email [email protected].
You can clear localStorage via your browser developer tools (Application → Local Storage → convyro.ai → Clear all). This will not affect your login session but may require you to re-select your active workspace.
